In order to recieve credit , Scouts and parents are expected to show up for their shifts or make arrangements for a replacement. Any changes to the schedule must be approved by Dale Simpson(614-898-9443) or Gary Peck (614-361-0073) prior to your shift. Please consider in advance, time needed to find a replacement. |
Scouts cannot be dropped off for their shift alone. A parent or adult must accompany them. Please arrive at Patch 10-15 minutes prior to shift start time. Only adults handle the money. |
1st Shift of the Day – You must make arrangements to pick up the cash box. It will be at Joe Rice's house (960 E. Walnut St., Westerville, OH 43082 - 614-764-3819). You'll be notified in advance of a different location. |
Last Shift of the Day - John Gerardi will come towards the end of the last shift to collect the days receipts and prepare the cash drawer for the next day. John will take the cash drawer to Joe Rice's house. If you have any questions or problems call Gary Peck (361-0073) or John Gerardi (787-0772). |
